Our payment schedule is broken down into equal payments for the project's duration. These payments are usually invoiced every two weeks. We require a 30% down payment to hold your project on our schedule, which will not be deposited until we start your project.

We do not offer any financing options but work with several local banks to provide construction loans.

Yes, there is. However, the specific timeline varies per project. We will communicate with you when those selections need to be made and where to make them.

We work with a trusted selection of tradespeople, all who work on their own schedules. Each aspect has to be scheduled days to weeks in advance, a period of time referred to as lead time. We do everything we can to optimize work on your home, but there may be gaps. Unexpected weather, brief gaps between contractors, and other small delays are completely normal parts of a construction schedule which we ask you to have patience with

Each project is different depending on the scope of work. We do our best to give you a two-week look ahead on when to expect work to be completed. This will be communicated via email or site visit.
